The annual Fall Feast of Simplefare will be held Saturday, November 3,
2012 at the South United Methodist Church,1226 Main St., Manchester, CT 06040.  The site opens at 10 a.m.  and closes at 9 p.m.

(Site opens for staff at Noon on Friday and closes after cleanup at 11:59 pm Saturday.  If you are on site after 9:00 pm on Saturday, thank you for joining the clean up crew!)

During the day, there will be rattan and fencing tourneys outside on
the lawn.  We will be determining the BBM Rattan Champion, BBM Fencing
Champion and BBM Youth Champions.
--Don Nathaniel Wyatt shall be running 3 Fencing tournaments followed by melees.  Details of the tournaments will be released on EK Fencing lists.  One of the fencing tournaments will include the BBM Fencing championship. 

CLASSES will be offered during the day. 

As usual, there will be board gaming and merchants inside the hall. 

A herald will be available if you wish to consult before submitting a name or coat of arms.

The menu will be the traditional Simplefare feast you know and love --
mustard soup, chicken, roast, various vegetable dishes and desserts.

All flames must be enclosed (per CT law).

No animals are allowed on site except Service Animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (guide dogs, signal dogs, or other animals individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability).

Sadly, this is a dry site.  No alcohol of any kind is permitted in the hall, on the fighting field, in the parking lot or anywhere else at the site.

Take your best route to I-84. 

From I-84 (East or West), take Route 384 East.  Take exit 3 off Route 384.  (Exit is for downtown Manchester- Main Street also known as CT Route 83). 

Bear right at end of exit ramp, and immediately move to the left lane (you will come to a traffic signal.

South Church is on the corner across from you).  Turn left at the
traffic signal onto Hartford Road (You will pass in front of the
church).  The church parking lot is the first driveway on your left.  The
church is across the street.

Event Fees
Site : Costs for the day, feast and site, are as follows: 
Site fees :  Adult (18+) $7.00 Youth (5-17) $4.00, Under 5 Free
Per Corpora regulations, any Adult non-member or one who cannot show membership is subject to the $5 Non-Membership Surcharge. 

Feast: 12 and over $13.00, Child (5-11) $6.00 , Under 5 Free

Family cap= 2 Related Adults and their Children $60 before NMS.


All reservations must be received by October 26, 2012.  Please note that on the day of the event, ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE CLAIMED BY 4:00 pm, OR they will be sold to people on the waiting list.

The only reservation is a paid reservation!  Please include an email address or a SASE if you would like confirmation.  RESERVATIONS MUST INCLUDE Legal names, any membership numbers and ages for all children.
