Winter War 16

Winter War usually draws attendees from at least five states and two Canadian provinces, and numbers upwards of eighty combatants. A variety of scenarios throughout the day will knock the rust off, and start honing your skills for the upcoming War season!
Our site allows for combat archery indoors. Space is also set aside for rapier fighting, and there will be a full slate of classes for the academically inclined.
There is no feast, but as usual there will be a hearty dayboard.
Anyone with a class they wish to teach, contact the autocrat to see about scheduling time/space.

Directions:
From Warrensburg and points South: Follow I-87 (Northway) to Exit 23. Take rt. 9 north to rt. 28. Take rt. 28 to rt. 30. Take rt. 30 to rt. 3. Take rt. 3 to rt. 56. The SUNY Potsdam campus will be on your right.
From the East and Southeast: Take best route to State Route 11 west, follow Rt. 11 into Potsdam.
From Montreal: Take rt. 401 to Cornwall take bridge to USA onto rt. 37 west to Massena. Take rt. 56 south to Potsdam.
From Ottawa: Take the 416 South to the border, once in Ogdensburg, follow 37 west to route 68 south into Canton. In Canton, 68 will become Rt. 11 north follow this into Potsdam.
From Watertown and South: Follow Rt. 81 to Watertown take Rt. 11 to Potsdam.
