|Tir Mara A&S and Rattan Championships
||Event date: October 12th, 2013|
|Hosted by Shire of Lyndhaven - Oromocto, NB||Event Last Modified: July 19th, 2013|
|It is time once again for the Prince and Princess of Tir Mara to determine Their new champions for Arts and Sciences and Rattan combat!|
Please join us at harvest-time in the Shire of Lyndhaven, where two contests will be held on the same day. There will be a competition to determine the new A&S champions of the Princess and the Prince. As well, there will be a tourney to determine the new rattan champions of the Prince and Princess.
Besides the contests, there will also be an A&S display so gentles may show their works without entering the competition. Everyone, including those from outside Tir Mara, are invited to enter something in the display.
If there are enough senior members present, there will be an Athena's Thimble panel.
The event site is located at the picturesque Lindsay Valley Lodge, surrounded by woods. The lodge is accessible for those with ambulatory disabilities.
There will be a dayboard, as well as a feast. The feast will be limited to the first 90 paid reservations.
The site allows candles in non-combustible containers (i.e. no wooden candle holders). The site is dry. No animals are allowed on site unless they are service animals. If you have any questions, please contact the event steward.
