Their Majesties have summoned you to a contest of honor and skill at arms to vie for the right to be their champions at arms! 

Of special note is the expectation of the crown that those who aspire to the throne of the East should also have the dedication to attend and compete in this contest.  The chivalry of the kingdom has also been requested to take part in this contest of arms by their Majesties.  With such a prestigious list in the making this event is shaping up to be one of the richest tourneys in years.

The format will provide the opportunity to display weapons depth as well as excellence of a combatant’s best form.  The day will start with 4 tourneys; great weapon, two weapon, single sword and weapon and shield.  The top 4 combatants from each of these tourneys will be given a berth in the final tourney.  Each combatant may only earn one entry into the final tourney, it shall be double elimination with the first round being great weapon, the second round being single sword and the third round being two weapon.  The remainder of the tourney will allow combatants to bring their best weapon form through the best of three final as the combatants will have shown weapons depth and will then be required to show their absolute best.  As always the crown’s word is law and should they deem fit to adjust the format on the day of the tourney it is their prerogative.  Train hard and be ready!

The site, The Estonian House of Middle Island, will open June 20 at 6:00pm for those with weekend reservation and close June 22 at noon.  The Estonian House, is located at 20 Middle Island Blvd., Middle Island, NY 11953.  That’s about 7 miles from the Port Jefferson ferry terminal and 5 miles from the Port Jefferson Station of The LIRRs Port Jefferson Branch. 

The Showers will be open to all, and camping is available for an additional fee.  This event is discreetly damp.  No pets are permitted on site.  No open flames will be permitted in or about any permanent structure with the exception of the fire pit which should be roaring if the local fire marshal allows.

The Hall and Hall restrooms are handicapped accessible.  All facilities and activities not requiring the large lower field will be held in the vicinity of the upper field which is adjacent to primary parking and the upper field.  The upper and lower fields are separated by a moderate slope.

To reach the site by carriage
-Take I-495 E / Long Island Expressway to exit 63
- EXIT 63 - CR-83 (N.  Ocean Av) exit, toward Mt Sinai /Patchogue Stay straight to go onto Expressway Dr S.
-Take the 1st left onto N Ocean Av.  (Gulf is on the corner - If you reach Old Medford Ave you've gone about 0.3 miles too far) N Ocean Ave becomes Patchogue Mt Sinai Rd.
-Turn right onto Canal Rd / Port Jefferson-West Hampton Rd.
-Turn left onto Whiskey Rd.
-(Whiskey Rd is 0.2 miles past Community Ct.  If you are on Coram-Sweezey Town Rd and reach Country View Ln you've gone about 0.1 miles too far)
-Take the 2nd right onto Middle Island Blvd.  Middle Island Blvd is 0.1 miles past Vintage Ct (If you reach Birchwood Park Dr you've gone about 0.2 miles too far)
-20 MIDDLE ISLAND BLVD is on the right ( If you reach James Way you've gone about 0.3 miles too far.)

Event Fees
Site : The event is $17.00 per adult non-member and $7.00 per child 15 and under with a paid reservation and $20.00 per adult non-member and $10.00 per child 15 and under without a paid reservation.

There is a $5.00 discount available to the adult day fee with proof of membership.

Camping Fees:  (camp fees include breakfast)
+$10.00 per tent (this is the sites fee for camping)
+$5.00 per camper if arriving Friday night.  Includes Saturday night.  Reservation required. 
+$3.00 per camper Saturday night only.  Reservation not required if setting up after tournament.

Feast: On board is an additional$5.00 per person and Limited to 88 gentles.
