Event details
Wales, February 1242:  Come in out of the cold and snowy weather and join old friends and new in the warmth and comfort of a lovely Welsh Tavern.  The Inn of the Black Gryphon awaits to warm your hearts and spirits with all the comforts of Welsh feasts, stories and entertainments.

The Canton of Gryphonwald in the Barony of Settmour Swamp is once again hosting the Inn of the Black Gryphon.  In honor of our Baron, Sir Teric Gwynedd, we have chosen to place the Inn in Wales.  Baroness Merlynia the Faye will be providing a generous buffet of hearty fare in Welsh styling.

The site, as in past years, is the Edison Moose Lodge.  Due to site restrictions, alcoholic beverages may only be obtained and consumed in the bar.  There will, however, be a brewing competition.

We will also have an A&S display of the theme:  Things Used in a Tavern.

We humbly ask Harpers and Bards to entertain us during the feast, please contact Eva Vach Gwyllt at gryphonwald-exchequer@settmourswamp.eastkingdom.org if you are interested in entertaining.

Weather permitting, we will have a thrown weapons competition and heavy weapons fighting outside.
Site Opens: 12PM
Site Closes: 8PM
