We again welcome you to John Barleycorn's home among the glades and fields of the YMCA Camp Combe on Peekskill Hollow Road, Putnam Valley NY 10579, conveniently located near the Taconic State Parkway.

Activities planned for the day include Viscount Sir Edward's Unbelted Fighters' Challenge, the Ostgardr Crown Province Archery and the Crown Province Fencing Championships.  All brewers are encouraged to enter the Annual Brewer's Competition.  All merchants are welcome with a paid reservation; there is no additional fee for merchanting.  Merchants should contact Lady Auora ffolks, at (914) 528-8468.

The wondrous fruits of this year's harvest will be crafted into a hearty Dayboard and seasonal Feast by Head Cook Lady Patricia of the Tangled Wyldes (Patricia Auslander) and her assistant, Lady Collwen Glynmes (Millie Cady).  Those with dietary concerns should contact Lady Patricia at 845-528-4822 or gentlebawdbunny@yahoo.com no later than August 31st.

The evening shall conclude with campfire and revelries.  Tent sites are available.  Breakfast will be served on Sunday morning.  The site has limited handicapped accessibility; please contact the Autocrat, Lord Thomas of Northpass (Tom Martin) at (914) 528-8468 for details. 

Directions:

Make your best way to the Taconic State Parkway in Putnam County, New York; approximately 40 miles north of New York City.  Between mile marker 25.8 and 25.9 (there are no exit numbers on the Taconic), exit onto Peekskill Hollow Rd.  GO SLOW!  The exit is very old and tight and short.  At the bottom of the ramp, turn Left.  (Both North and South exits make the left turn.) Go approximately 1 ½ miles, and the entrance to YMCA Camp Combe is on the left.  NOTE:  the Taconic Parkway does not allow trailers or commercial vehicles; contact the Autocrat for alternate directions.

Event Fees:

Site : THERE IS NO "Off Board."

Fees for the event are:  daytrip with dayboard $12.00; daytrip with dayboard and feast $22.00; overnight stay with dayboard, feast and Sunday breakfast $28.00.  Children age 5 and under are free.  Children ages 6 through 12 are:  daytrip with Dayboard $6.00; daytrip with feast $11.00.  There is no overnight camping fee for children; nor is there a late registration fee for children.  BUT, there is a late registration fee of $5.00 for adults, and a non-member fee of $3.00.  The pre-reg cut-off date is September 1st.  Please make all checks payable to “SCA Inc.  – Canton of Northpass”.  Send reservations to David M.  Auslander, 349 Lake Dr., Lake Peekskill, NY 10537.  All gentles wishing confirmation of their reservation must include a SASE.  The only reservation is a paid reservation.
Our site is “Dog Friendly”.  The usual canine protocols must be observed.  Pet owners must have written proof of current rabies inoculation, and there is a dog waiver, to be signed at Troll.
Refunds policy:  Refunds will be granted solely at the discretion of the Autocrat.  All those wishing a refund must contact the Autocrat at least 24 hours prior to the event.  Refunds will only be issued after the event.
The site opens at 7:00 pm Friday September 9th.  Lists registration and armor and weapons inspection begin at 11am Saturday; tournaments will begin at noon.  The site closes at 11am Sunday September 11th.  Please note that there are no events or meals planned before 11am Saturday.

Feast: Fee schedule is listed above.  There is no "Off-Board."
