Hail and well met!  Once again, Duke Balfar and the Barony of Dragonship Haven welcome the great fighters of the East Kingdom to test their mettle in our annual multi-marshallate competition.  Gather your team of three fighters, fencers, archers or thrown weapons.  There will be prizes for the best team in each martial category. 

The usual rules apply to the three person teams in all areas.  There may be no more than one KNIGHT per rattan team or High Order of Merit on any other martial team (Sag, OGR).

We are hoping to see the East Kingdom's finest fencers testing their skills and practicing for the coming war.  Fencers of all abilities will have the opportunity to compete in a fabulous tourney designed to challenge all, run by Lord Christoffel D'Allaines Le Comte.

For the archers of the East, Lord Omelan the Left will run the archery competition as well as design a fun novelty shoot.  There will be loaner gear.  Come try your luck on the range!

Calling all Combat Archers!  Join us once again at Balfar's Challenge for a grand practice and tournament.  You will have a chance to shoot at challenging targets and at each other!  New and curious archers, you are most welcome and loaner equipment will be available for you.  Let the season of the war bow begin!

Our very active DSH Youth Fighter Group, led by our outstanding Youth Marshal, Lady Dziuginte, will be hosting the youth of the East Kingdom.  They have a wonderful day planned for all our youth.  Please come, don the boffer gear and get ready to compete and demonstrate your chivalry!

The Balfar's Challenge Dayboard is always spectacular!  A running dayboard will be provided by Master Jaji and his able assistants.  Please direct all dietary concerns to the Kitchener prior to the day of the event.

Site Info:  We are at the same fabulous site as last year:  The Mountain Mist Outdoor Center!  Plenty of parking!  Plenty of space!

Site Rules:  There is a playground on site.  Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while on the playground.
