o As of January 1, 2014 - Your Seneschal MUST have their email@example.com email set up and be able to access it. If they do not, this system will not process this request properly.|
o As of February 1, 2015 the East Kingdom Event Calendar Process has changed.
All Webministers (firstname.lastname@example.org) and Seneschals (email@example.com) with emails on the East Kingdom server were contacted regarding this change on January 27, 2015.
Process for East Kingdom Events on the Calendar
1) Anyone can enter an event into the calendar database using the New Event form found at http://eastkingdom.org/NewEvent.php web page.
2a) Once submitted, the system sends an approval email to firstname.lastname@example.org to review the submission and approve it for inclusion into the East Kingdom Event Calendar.
2b) The system also sends the normal update email to the submitter with the supplied contact email.
3) When the Seneschal clicks on the 'approve' button, the Event is visible on the Calendar.
